Whenever, Wherever Smoothie With Carrot

All you need to do is wash your ingredients and toss them in the blender... magic!

Banana

Carrot
2 tbsp
Chia Seeds
2 tsp
Cinnamon
3 tbsp
Flax Seeds
1 tbsp
Honey
140 ml
Ice
0.5 tbsp
Lemon
2 tbsp
Peanut Butter
1 handful
Raspberries
1 tsp
Vanilla

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your carrot.
  2. Slice your banana into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your banana, carrot, chia seeds, cinnamon, flax seeds, honey, ice, lemon, peanut butter, raspberries and vanilla to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
