Prep
- Slice your apple and banana as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
- In a jar or bowl, combine your cinnamon, oats and vanilla.
- Add a splash of your greek yogurt and mix into the oats, then add the rest and stir to combine.
- Toast sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
- Add Apple, Banana, Raisins and Sunflower Seeds on top.
- Leave your bowl or jar in the fridge overnight. Mix well before eating.
