Stir-Fry With Wasabi

Ingredients

150 grams
Brown Rice
40 grams
Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp
Wasabi

Prep

  1. Boil your Brown Rice according to the instructions on the package and set aside a bit of the rice/noodle water.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast Sesame Seeds on a hot and dry pan. Then remove from pan.
  2. Mix Wasabi together in a bowl, then pour into your pan.
  3. Add a splash of the rice/noodle water to the frying pan to thicken the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add the cooked Brown Rice to your pan and mix evenly.
  2. Add Sesame Seeds on top.
