Apple Cider Vinegar

Carrot

Cauliflower

Celery Stalk
2 tbsp
Cilantro

Onion
0.5 tbsp
Paprika
40 grams
Quinoa
2 tbsp
Soy Sauce

Prep

  1. Boil quinoa according to instructions on package.
  2. Peel and cut your carrot. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  3. Wash and cut your cauliflower and celery stalk so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  4. Finely chop your cilantro and onion.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix carrot, cauliflower, celery stalk, onion and quinoa together in a bowl.
  2. Mix apple cider vinegar, paprika and soy sauce together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Cilantro on top.
