- Wash and cut your carrot and mango.
- Slice your banana and passion fruit as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
- Add your banana, carrot, cinnamon, coconut, coconut milk, mango, passion fruit and peanut butter to the mixing bowl and blend for 1 min/speed 10 or until desired consistency.
- Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
